• Supporting evidence: I am pretty sure this account belongs to a user who has had 2 accounts previously blocked for severe vandalism. I believe the user has used both of those accounts to make non constructive edits, often to highly notable pages. He hasn't used the current account to do any vandalising yet, but I'm requesting an IP check just to be sure.

•  CheckUser is not for fishing - and this sounds like fishing to me, without more detail. Which user is it you suspect of being which other user, which ones were blocked, and what is the basis for thinking these are the same? The diffs you give are all for Dog and Frog... when I look at YuanTi's contribs I see a user that doesn't seem to be doing much other than tinkering and leaving messages (and it's from august, no less) but CUs don't have time to evaluate every contrib of a user... Also what is the connection to the IP, I see nothing in the IP's contribs that correlate... Please give specific diffs, with explanations as to what it is they show, thanks.
