Living?

[edit]

Not quite sure why Jonathan Burton is here but he is dead. Thanks, SqueakBox 16:20, 27 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Because I used Ctrl-F on blp and added it to every afd that included it and was about a person without stopping to read the debates, because I am an idiot. Feel free to remove obvious mistakes. Hiding T 18:18, 27 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

BLP tag

[edit]

I have found 2 articles here with no BLP talk page tag, IMO these are important to our BLP goals and so pointing it out tot he folk here. Thanks, SqueakBox 01:16, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hoaxes?

[edit]

A number of AfD's are tagged as Living People discussions, when in fact they are likely hoaxes. If the subject's existence is called into serious doubt, how can that be a discussion about a living person? DarkAudit (talk) 13:42, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The list is a big ol' mess right now

[edit]

ErwinBot is putting new discussions on the bottom instead of the top, so everything is all scrambled right now. Discussions are running past due because they're sandwiched in the middle. I left a note, but Erwin hasn't been online in a few days. I'm not sure how to clean this up, and I don't want to block to bot. Perhaps anyone who may watch this page, which is probably no one but me, revert the bot when it adds discussions and then add said discussions to the top. This page's closing...

[edit]

A discussion of why this page has been (temporarily) closed, and whether that closure will become permanent, is going on over here. All who are interested in the page are encouraged to join in the debate. - TexasAndroid (talk) 14:51, 12 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Richard Tylman (3rd nomination)

I'm confused. This page hasn't been in use since early July. —TheDJ (talkcontribs) 19:38, 9 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request

[edit]

Can someone please add Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Shaarei Tefillah to the list? It is an article about a synagogue, but as such its mostly a list of living people who attend the synagogue. Thanks. Also, why is the page protected?Griswaldo (talk) 12:35, 24 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: WP:BLPFD is inactive (see here and here); it has only been edited once since July 2009. --Redrose64 (talk) 09:35, 14 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The page has an obsolete html tag Lint error. It is in the last part where the two links are enclosed in obsolete center and big tags.

The <center><big> part should be replaced with <div style="text-align:center; font-size:larger;">

The </big></center> part should be replaced with </div>

Not done however, I've removed the ancient protection and you may now edit the page directly. — xaosflux Talk 15:15, 6 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
