Pedro Rubiano Sáenz (13 September 1932 – 15 April 2024) was a Colombian prelate of the Catholic Church who served as the bishop of the Diocese of Cúcuta and as the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Cali and the Archdiocese of Bogotá.
