[edit]一以貫之
- to go through all things with the same principle
- 1900 July 24, 梁啟超, chapter 16, in 和文漢讀法[1], Tokyo: 秀英舍, page 10:
- 其變化之法,必以同一行之字母。既通此例,一以貫之,毫無窒礙矣。 [Classical Chinese, trad.]
- Qí biànhuà zhī fǎ, bì yǐ tóng yī xíng zhī zìmǔ. Jì tōng cǐ lì, yīyǐguànzhī, háowú zhì'ài yǐ. [Pinyin]
- The method of their conjugation is to use kana in the same row. Having understood this rule, [you can conjugate all verbs] with the same principle with no obstructions whatsoever.
其变化之法,必以同一行之字母。既通此例,一以贯之,毫无窒碍矣。 [Classical Chinese, simp.]
