I know it is churlish to ask for more when people have already done a good job - but the article doesn't help me to understanding what spoiling means in the context of "spoiling for a fight". Does anyone know, please? If so, can it be added to the article?
- Not churlish at all, more like 'helpful'. --Mglovesfun (talk) 15:35, 22 June 2011 (UTC)
- This is still missing. The only intransitive sense is the one about milk going bad. 82.113.133.21 08:41, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
Is the following sense already added?
make somebody consider something unsatisfactory: All that sun spoils you for vacations in the far North (Microsoft® Encarta® 2009. offers the sense) --Backinstadiums (talk) 10:45, 12 August 2019 (UTC)
