Team Lotus je nekadašnja slavna momčad Formule 1 i sestrinska kompanija engleske sportske marke brzih automobila Lotus Cars. Osnovao ju je čuveni Colin Chapman 1958. godine, a u Formuli 1 natjecali su se sve do 1994. godine kada su se povukli. Momčad je sudjelovala u mnogim granama motorsportskih natjecanja: Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula Ford, Formula Junior, IndyCar i utrke sportskih automobila. I dandanas Team Lotus je ostaje jedan od najuspješnijih momčadi svih vremena, osvojivši sedam naslova Formule 1, šest prvenstava među vozačima. Pod palicom osnivača i glavnog dizajnera Colina Chapmana, Lotus je tih godina bio odgovoran za mnoge inovativne i eksperimentalne razvoje u poljima aerodinamike i ostalih tehničkih rješenja.
Ime Lotus vratilo se u Formulu 1 2010. pod malezijskom licencom kao Lotus F1 Racing. Zatim je došao još jedan Lotus kada je momčad Renaulta isto ime ubacila u naziv (Lotus Renault GP) kao svojeg glavnog sponzora i promijenila licencu iz francuske u britansku momčad. U kolovozu 2011. Lotus u potpunosti preuzeo momčad Renaulta i njihova postrojenja u Enstoneu. Momčad je preimenovana u Lotus F1 Team.
