Welcome
Welcome to Bulbapedia, Tc26!
|
As a new user, you may wish to learn a few things that will be useful in your editing:
- For a basic overview of wiki code, see this page.
- The manual of style is very important. Make sure to read it. It outlines all official policies of Bulbapedia.
- Keep an eye on the Messages from the Editor on the main page, to stay informed on current events on Bulbapedia.
- The word Pokémon is spelled with a capital P and an accented é. The P, of course, is accessed easily by holding Shift and pressing the P key, while the é can be accessed using Alt + 130 or Alt + 0233 on a Windows computer, and Option + e, then e again on a Mac. Otherwise, you can click it in the character palette below the editbox.
- The word Poké Ball is spelled as two words. The "Poké" part is identical to the four beginning letters in "Pokémon"; "Ball" is spelled with a captial B (which is, again, accessed by holding Shift and pressing the B key). The spelling "Pokéball" arises frequently, but is incorrect.
- The word "you" and all forms of it should not be used on encyclopedic pages unless it is a quote from Pokémon or other media. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, not a walkthrough.
- On talk pages, please sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
- The use of link templates is official policy. For an explanation on their use, see the page on shortlinks.
- If you happen to spot a vandal in the recent changes that has not been dealt with, please see this page for how to deal with it.
- A list of pages that are linked to, but have not been created, can be found at this page. A list of short articles that may require more information can be found here, while a list of articles that need improvement can be found here.
- For a future capture, release, trade, or evolution of a Pokémon belonging to a main character of the anime, please do not create or move the page to reflect your suspicions, even if they are shared by many others. Policy here is to wait until the episode in which the event happens takes place is aired, unless there is substantial evidence for the suspicion (such as Brock's Happiny being held in his arms).
- Image uploading is done on Bulbagarden Archives, a separate wiki accessible through the toolbox in the sidebar. You will have to register separately for it, as well. This is done so that both Bulbapedia and Bulbanews have access to the images uploaded.
- If you want to make a page about a character you made up, please create it at User:Tc26/(name), not merely (name). Bulbapedia's main namespace is reserved for actual, official Pokémon, items, characters, and locations. Also, please try to make sure that subpages are not categorized by templates used within.
- Having said this, please make sure that you do contribute adequately to the main namespace. Bulbapedia is not MySpace or Facebook.
- A list of the admins that you can contact in case of a problem, can be found here.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here! --ニョロトノ666 01:56, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

Sky Forme
According to Serebii this form is confirmed:
Shaymin's Sky Forme
I'd place the pic but I think the page is protected. tc26 11:05, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- I get the feeling we should hold off for a little while, considering what happened the last time Serebii jumped on a Shaymin Sky Forme pic. But personally, I do think this is the real deal. --Martonimos((Argh|Blargh)) 11:08, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah. Maybe wait a few more days, but the pics with the pin really looks real. tc26 11:10, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
The fake one was well better, it looks like an alternate form for Snover Guardian of Earth 11:15, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Infi and Zero
Are those pics the official art?--KukiTalk 00:18, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
- You forgot Mugen and yes. Apparently, no one checks the official site. It has lots of info, although hard to understand. tc26 00:20, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
I wrote the msg b4 u put Mugen's on--KukiTalk 00:22, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
- ok. I also placed the Giratina DS they're going to give away. tc26 00:23, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
Well Good Job there--KukiTalk 00:24, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
Don't u think it is time we do a Megaliba page?--KukiTalk 00:25, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
- yeah, but i don't have any info or image on it. tc26 00:28, 5 July 2008 (UTC)
Some help
When you put in code after a "|-", it'll cancel out anything you've got after following "|". For example:
{| width="100px" style="background:#555555; border:#000000 2px solid; {{roundy}}"
|- style="background:#EEEEEE;"
| style="{{roundy}}" | Test
|}
will come out:
So all it will do is have a #EEEEEE colored background, and everything after that is null and void. What you want is:
{| width="100px" style="background:#555555; border:#000000 2px solid; {{roundy}}"
|-
| style="background:#EEEEEE; {{roundy}}" | Test
|}
having it all in the same line following a | will apply everything. It might get repetitive for larger templates, but at least it gets the job done. ★Jo the Marten★ ಠ_ಠ♥ 12:12, 3 January 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks, though I've known that for a long time now. If you check the history of the article, you can see I didn't make those tables, which I'm actually fixing/replacing. -tc²₆tc26- 12:33, 3 January 2012 (UTC)
Please unprotect
Please unprotect Gift Pokémon. There is no reason to threaten to block me when Satoshi101 clearly has a biased agenda that runs on opinion rather than episode dialogue. Ash gave Haunter to Sabrina at her father's urging. End of story. Pseudonyms, pen names, and stage names are allowed to be the title of actor articles if they apply. Look at Thomas Mapother (better known as Tom Cruise)--SandmanDP 06:06, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
- As far as I remember, both/all parties involved in an edit war can get blocked. Talk about it among yourselves. Add this person to the mix for (possibly) better results. -tc²₆tc26- 06:30, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
- That is correct. Any and all parties involved in an edit war may be blocked at an administrator's discression. Content of the edits will be taken into account, but do not guarantee protection in the case that your version is considered "correct". Werdnae (talk) 06:47, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
Protection
Please do not make protections unless they are absolutely necessary--SandmanDP 05:23, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
- And I don't. -tc²₆tc26- 05:24, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
PAL Mewtwo
Where was PAL Mewtwo confirmed? The source made no mention of where it will be distributed, and that page nor any report of an event Mewtwo being distributed are not on the UK version of Pokémon.com. --SnorlaxMonster 08:26, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
- This wasn't what I initially read, but this should suffice. -tc²₆tc26- 08:58, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
- Alright, thanks. I don't recall any Wi-Fi event ever restricted by anything but game language anyway, so I expected that it would be worldwide. --SnorlaxMonster 10:22, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
- Well, yeah, though usually one is announced while another isn't. We get that a lot :) -tc²₆tc26- 10:36, 1 February 2012 (UTC)

Colors
I appreciate you being ambitious and a go-getter, but the new color templates are a major site feature that need to be discussed. One person does not dictate such a thing. You gotta keep better contact with myself and the rest of the staff. -- MAGNEDETH 17:39, 26 February 2012 (UTC)
Mighty Mewtwo
The title "Mighty Mewtwo" came from here. I put it in use before the event happened because we didn't have name and this we the closest we had to one, and I didn't like just calling it "Mewtwo" with no title. Really, I assumed we'd get a meaningful OT to take a name from, but as the recent pattern of European language events have shown us, they like to use generic season or month-based OTs. If you would rather rename it to something else ("February 2012 Mewtwo"?), go ahead, but the fandom seems to be using "Mighty Mewtwo" as well (from my quick research). --SnorlaxMonster 12:46, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- Makes sense. Was just wondering, really :) -tc²₆tc26- 13:09, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
No they are not.
To clarify: as a history of discussion and design of something that's in the mainspace, they are not. —darklordtrom 05:25, 11 March 2012 (UTC)

Munna C-Gear
Found a cleaner version in a different swf. Would upload it myself since the old one is upscaled and jpg-artifacted, but the page is protected, so thought I'd mention it to you. Bluesun (talk) 11:50, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
Hello
Could you explain why this is not needed? Without that bit of information the event will not be triggered. That's an important piece of information that needs to be included in the article. --Pokemaster97 18:31, 27 June 2012 (UTC)
- The trio is not needed, only Keldeo is. Tried it myself. Seen others on YouTube do it too. -tc²₆tc26- 02:39, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks for explaining, based on the wording you used I thought you were saying something different than you were actually saying. I don't think that we need the hidden message in the article based on one misunderstanding though. --Pokemaster97 02:58, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
Conquest
I've already got ideas of how I'm going to handle Conquest, so there's no need for this. I've got it handled. I've just been preoccupied with Black 2 White 2 updates. ★Jo the Marten★ ಠ_ಠ♥ 03:00, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
Align tags
FYI, align tags are now depreciated. Zhen's put a backwards compatability system in place so that they still work, but it's only a matter of time before they start to break. From now on, There are several replacements:
- To align content, use the style "text-align:"
- To right align tables, use the style "float:right;"
- Because there's no float:center; centering tables uses "margin:auto;"
A bit annoying I know, but unfortunately that's what we're stuck with. Also, a tip: if a table is set to 100% width, alignment code becomes redundant. Werdnae (talk) 22:04, 20 July 2012 (UTC)
"Junior Warlords"
It that canon terminology or just something to emphasize their importance while not being strictly runners-of-the-kingdom? Luna Tiger * the Arc Toraph 16:58, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
- It's in stories like Yukimura's. I can 100% confirm "junior Warrior" is, but I've seen many people use the term "junior Warlord" as well. -tc²₆tc26- 00:42, 22 July 2012 (UTC)
Warlord template
did you get approval from anyone before mainspacing and adding your warlord template to Nubunaga's article? i cant find any record of that happening. we cant just up and add these templates, they have to be tested and approved first by myself, Werd, and Kogs. while the appearance of the template is fine, i dont like the layout of it at all. -- MAGNEDETH 02:22, 26 July 2012 (UTC)

Your continued lack of proper communication and recent lack of activity have lead to an executive decision to remove your status as a staff member. For the time being. If you return to normal editing, and actually communicate with the staff, namely myself, then I will consider bringing you back, but for the time being, I am sorry, but your administrative powers are being revoked. -- MAGNEDETH 03:17, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
