XPanettaa (talk • contribs • block • xwiki-contribs • xwiki-date (alt) • CA • gblock • ST • lwcheckuser) This RFC is request for ban XPanettaa globally because of Cross-wiki abuse and it has been on two or more projects it also meet the general criteria meets at least two additional criteria that justify a global ban I have identified below:
- This user is blocked on Dutch Wikipedia Wikimedia Commons, and the English Wikipedia
- Talk page access was revoked by GoldenRing because the unblock request is decilined not credible
- Sockpuppetry on Dutch Wikipedia
- Copyright infringement sockpuppetry and disruptive editing on Commons
And it can be globally locked from all Wikimedia wikis 209.242.141.28 19:08, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

What the heck is this? I was fired from three projects, where I worked as I am interested in this and I take a quick look after a bit, and now I'm gonna be fired from all Wikimedia projects, where I always work as I am interested in this, worldwide for "Cross-wiki abuse", I don't think that I should be fired from worldwide. And yes, I always work here since February 2015. This is quite ridiculous. Since 2015, I have been making productive contributions on the English Wikipedia, as well in the other projects, because I am interested in this and I'm a good guy, not a bad guy. On the Dutch Wikipedia, I NEVER EVER an IP address or made another account, instead I have been posting images, which were made by me, on social media, had a phone call with someone, in the bathroom or whatever. On Wikimedia Commons, I never ever uploaded an incredibly large amount of copyright violations, used an IP address or made another account, and did disruptive editing, instead I have uploaded images, which are too simple to be copyrighted as it only consists of simple geometric shapes and/or text (and some images that would be not a copyright violation in the home country, but borderline) during 2015 and 2016 and when I'm not editing, I have been in the amusement park, shopping, having a party in the penthouse, as well on Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Chess. On the English Wikipedia, my talk page was terminated GoldenRing, who said that "The reasoning given is simply not credible. The similarities in editing patterns are too strong - across three wikis - for me to accept your explanation. This is sinking too much time and I'm going to disable talk page access. If you wish to appeal further then UTRS is your only option; if you want any chance at all of being unblocked, take the advice others have given you here, at commons and at nl-wiki to heart". However, like the Dutch Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, I never ever used an IP address there either, as well at the other Wikimedia projects, and either they didn't even see me editing as I was inactive, busy, taking a break, having a hiatus or whatever, and only referred to my editing style for "evidence", instead I have been working on pages for update (if they aren't updated yet) and creation (if they are non-existent) via the talk page of my account, saving the content of these pages as a draft by pasting the source into a note (when I expanded the pages partly or completely by adding content), posting images, which were made by me, on social media, had a phone call with someone, in the bathroom or whatever. There's been a misunderstanding. I only want to explain why I believe my block violates the blocking policy or should otherwise be reversed, not to do stupid things that are not permitted. Also, I am not here to disrupt, vandalize and/or damage the Wikimedia projects. XPanettaa (talk) 14:23, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Ban examples
This account XPanettaa was blocked indefinitely on three Wikimedia projects examples are:
- 1. Talk page access was revoked by GoldenRing unblock request was decilined and it is not credible on English Wikipedia
- 2. Sockpuppetry, copyright infringement and disruptive editing on Wikimedia Commons
- 3. Sockpuppetry on Dutch Wikipedia
Unless if necessary it should be globally banned from all Wikimedia wikis 209.242.141.28 19:44, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
- @209.242.141.28: Actually, it seems totally unnecessary to me. I saw the comment you made above against me which you think I am uploading "copyright violations", "sockpuppeting" and "disruptive editing", and it's completely unethical and wrong, you cannot discourage me like that, even through I "failed", which I haven't for a fact. This is quite ridiculous. Since February 2015, I have been making productive contributions on the English Wikipedia, as well in the other projects, because I am interested in this and I'm a good guy, not a bad guy. Also, I am not here to disrupt, vandalize and/or damage the Wikimedia projects. By the way, have you red my explanation above? Also, the "credible claim of significance or importance" only applies to articles, not to talk pages nor to unblock requests, and I already told you, as per below. - Comment - I feel like me and my potential work is being targeted here, which means I am really getting sick and tired of this! >:( XPanettaa (talk) 20:32, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@XPanettaa: Your explaining for yourself to banned on all Wikimedia projects and you cannot unlock your global account I'm going to contact Stewards via chat and I can ask the administrators on English Wikipedia and Dutch Wikipedia including Wikimedia Commons now wait for other users to vote 209.242.141.28 20:51, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
- @209.242.141.28: I cannot unblock myself on the projects (where I am blocked), because I am not an administrator, and only administrators can unblock me, so I am going to request myself unblocked, but before I get unblocked, I should respond to the questions given to me by an administrator. However, I don't think that I have much time for this so I'll do it tomorrow. XPanettaa (talk) 21:04, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@XPanettaa: You're affected of globally banned from Wikimedia Foundation wikis then you're cannot unblock and unlock by admins and stewards will be banned globally 209.242.141.28 14:37, 19 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
- @209.242.141.28: Oh no, I won't. I disagree with you, and I am NOT going to agree that I should stay blocked and therefore not get unblocked on the above mentioned projects and that I should be fired from all Wikimedia projects worldwide. And yes, I always work here since February 2015. Since that date, I have been making productive contributions on the English Wikipedia, as well in the other projects, because I am interested in this and I'm a bad guy, but a good guy. Just deal with it. I am going to submit an unblock appeal on UTRS. Goodbye. >:( XPanettaa (talk) 15:08, 19 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@XPanettaa: Thank you just wait for UTRSbot to receive your message at your talk page 209.242.141.28 16:03, 19 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I am very disappointed because the IP user (209.242.141.28) reported me on April 17, saying that I did "stupid things that are not permitted", as mentioned by the reporter above, and trying to get me kicked out of business, which means I feel like me and my potential work is being targeted here, as well at the other projects were I worked. However it seems very unlikely to me that I did these things above. I'll say about that I never ever did "stupid things that are not permitted" on the projects where I worked, as mentioned by the reporter above, as follows:
- On Wikimedia Commons, I never ever uploaded an incredibly large amount of copyright violations, instead I have regularly uploaded images, which are too simple to be copyrighted as it only consists of simple geometric shapes and/or text. However, some of the images I've uploaded would not be a copyright violation in the home country, but it would be borderline. In January 2016, Yann blocked me for "uploading copyvios after warnings" after he deleted these seven files at c:Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Fox Sports, but it seems very highly unlikely to me that I did upload these images, which was nominated for deletion by Nick on January 17th and deleted by him on January 18th. These Fox Sports logos, which were nominated for deletion by NickW557 on January 17th and deleted by Yann at the above-mentioned deletion request on January 18th are not uploaded by me. I only want to license under a Commons-compatible free license when uploading an image, categorize images, and/or transfer free images to Wikimedia Commons, etc., not upload these files (such as attack files, stupid, offensive, blatant and/or rough things, file with a name that would be a violation of Commons' policies and guidelines, or reproductions of other inappropriate works, etc.) like c:File:Fox Sports Chile logo.png. In August, Magog the Ogre unblocked me after I said that I "do promise to stop uploading copyvios", that I am "so confused that I made a mistake and got blocked on sight by Yann, who is the one said that I am "blocked for uploading copyvios after warnings" after he deleted these seven files (which was nominated for deletion by Nick on January 17th) on January 18th, even though I did not upload these images, which was nominated for deletion by Nick on January 17th and deleted by him at this deletion request on January 18th" and that I "only want to license under a Commons-compatible free license when uploading an image, categorize images, and/or transfer free images to Wikimedia Commons, etc., not upload these files (such as attack files, stupid, offensive, blatant and/or rough things, file with a name that would be a violation of Commons' policies and guidelines, or reproductions of other inappropriate works, etc.)". However, on August 21th, I got blocked by Steinsplitter, and Natuur12 has nominated the logos for deletion, which were deleted seven days later (except for the three logos, because the deletion requests of these were closed by Yann as keep on August 26 as they are probably not complex and therefore clearly simple). On August 30th, after I said that using "the standard unblock request form" does not make an administrator have a choice and therefore hate me instead, Magog the Ogre terminated the ability to edit my talk page and the ability to send emails to users by changing the block settings for the reason: copyright violations, sockpuppetry, disruptive editing. However, it seems extremely and highly unlikely to me that I certainly did things, as mentioned by him, on August. Also, it is very unlikely that I necessarily have two, three or more sock puppet accounts or that my account is a strikingly confirmed sock puppet account. I only have one account and my account is a confirmed main account and no sock puppet. It looks like that he turned out not to be the one who can help me and not to be very grateful to me, as he terminated the ability to edit my talk page and the ability to send emails to users by changing the block settings for that reason. In February 2016, after I got blocked in January, an IP address 86.84.247.233 began editing on February 22, but one day later, they went on hiatus. On February 28, they made a comeback, but on March 3, Krd blocked the IP as a "duck" and sock puppet. Later in the end of March, the school IP 141.138.146.132 began editing, but on April 6, Natuur12 blocked the IP as a "duck" and another sock puppet. Later, after Magog the Ogre terminated the ability to edit my talk page and the ability to send emails to users by changing the block settings, the IP 86.84.247.233, which was unblocked by him on August 20th, made a comeback on September 1st, but eight days later, Natuur12 blocked the IP for "Abusing multiple accounts". Later in December, the school IP 141.138.146.132, which was also unblocked by Magog the Ogre on August 20th, made a comeback, but one day later, Natuur12 blocked the IP for "Abusing multiple accounts" and terminated the ability to edit my talk page and the ability to send emails to users. However, it seems highly unlikely that these IP addresses are used by me while I was inactive, busy, taking a break, having a hiatus or whatever. I checked the contributions of the IP address of my account (86.84.247.233) and see that the edits has been made while I was inactive, busy, taking a break, having a hiatus or whatever, but by someone else who wanted to edit things. I also checked the contributions of the school IP (141.138.146.132), which isn't me, and see that the edits has been made while I was also inactive, busy, taking a break, having a hiatus or whatever, but by the one who "don't have an account etc". This means that I can prove that I'm not those IP addresses I'm accused of. And finally, disruptive editing is not what I'm doing on Commons, instead I have been adding information on images, fixing licenses or whatever (when I'm editing files).
- On the English Wikipedia, GoldenRing terminated the talk page access of my account XPanettaa, saying "The reasoning given is simply not credible. The similarities in editing patterns are too strong - across three wikis - for me to accept your explanation". However, I never ever used an IP address there either, as well at the other Wikimedia projects, and either they didn't even see me editing as I was inactive, busy, taking a break, having a hiatus or whatever, and only referred to my editing style for "evidence", instead I have been working on pages for update (if they aren't updated yet) and creation (if they are non-existent) via the talk page of my account, saving the content of these pages as a draft by pasting the source into a note (when I expanded the pages partly or completely by adding content), posting self-made images on social media, had a phone call with someone, playing a game with someone, in the bathroom or whatever. After finding out that my talk page has recently been terminated by them, I checked the global contributions of the IP address of my account (86.84.247.233) and see that the edits has been made while I was inactive, busy, taking a break, having a hiatus or whatever, but by someone else who used the IP address of my account as they wanted to edit things. I also checked the global contributions of the school IP (141.138.146.132), which isn't me, and see that the edits has been made while I was also inactive, busy, taking a break, having a hiatus or whatever, but by the one who "don't have an account etc". This means that I can prove that these IP addresses are not used by me and that it was wrong to terminate my talk page on the English Wikipedia.
- On the Dutch Wikipedia, I got blocked for "sockpuppetry" back in April 2016, but it like the English Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, I never ever used an IP address, instead I have been posting self-made images on social media, had a phone call with someone, playing a game with someone, in the bathroom or whatever. I checked the contributions of the IP address of my account (86.84.247.233) and see that the edits has been made while I was busy, but by someone else who wanted to edit things. This means that I can prove that this IP address is not used by me.
This means that I never ever did things mentioned by the reporter above, in which case it should come undone. This also means that there's been a misunderstanding. I am very disappointed by this course of action. I have told them many times that I am not going to agree that I should stay blocked and therefore not get unblocked on the above mentioned projects and that I should be fired from all Wikimedia projects worldwide, but they doesn't seem to agree with me, and eventually keeps on harassing me instead, I think, and that is why I am really sick and tired of this. I hope that I will come out of this not guilty, as I have said about that I never ever did "stupid things that are not permitted" on the projects where I worked, as mentioned by the reporter above, and that there's been a misunderstanding. XPanettaa (talk) 21:57, 28 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
- For god's sake, why does it take too long to get the problem resolved? XPanettaa (talk) 15:35, 1 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment - This sure is taking a very long time to resolve the problem. By the way, I still disagree with the one who reported me two months ago that I should stay blocked and therefore not get unblocked on the above mentioned projects in the future and that I should be fired from all Wikimedia projects worldwide. I think that they're such a liar, because they said stupid things that I never did. XPanettaa (talk) 14:35, 16 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

* Strong support It will globally banned and it prefer it i'm going to ping GoldenRing and a steward but it would eligible to globally locked then on the sense i asked the steward to banned globally 209.242.141.28 19:22, 18 April 2017 (UTC)
* Heavily strong support Unless it's going to support to admins and Stewards and it should be GLOBALLY BANNED from Wikimedia wikis 209.242.141.28 19:48, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose

Also, I am not here to disrupt, vandalize and/or damage the Wikimedia projects. I think it's time for this discussion to stop, because I don't much time to wait.
