This is a follow-up request to the one I made earlier. The usurpation request I made (using my old login) on jawiki has been refused claiming that I am not active enough to make such a request.
Do I really have to wait until my account meets their local policy or is there any chance my request can be granted here, by Meta-wiki stewards, taking into consideration the facts that my intent is to complete my SUL, Sumudu, and the current owner of the name Sumudu on jawiki has made no edit at all since registering in 2006?
