Luciano Federici (16 May 1938 – 18 March 2020) was an Italian professional footballer. He played as a defender.
Federici was born in Carrara, Tuscany. He played for Carrarese, Cosenza and Pisa during the 1950s and 1960s. On 18 March 2020, during the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic, Federici died of COVID-19 in Carrara. He was 81.[1]
