Roberto Jefferson Monteiro Francisco (born June 14, 1953) is a Brazilian politician. Jefferson was a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 1983 to 2005. He was removed from office over multiple corruption scandals.[1] This banned him from being elected to any public office until 2015.[2][3] He was a key figure of the Mensalão scandal.

His daughter is former Deputy Cristiane Brasil. He was born in Petrópolis, Brazil. He ran for President of Brazil in the 2022 election.
