Tamar Eshel

Tamar Eshel (Hebrew: תמר אשל; 24 July 1920 – 24 July 2022) was an Israeli politician. She was born in London, England to Israeli parents. She was a member of Alignment. Eshel was in the Knesset from 1977 to 1984. Before becoming a member of Knesset, she was the Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem.

Eshel died on her 102nd birthday on 24 July 2022 in Jerusalem.[1]
