Vijay Naidu is an Indian entrepreneur, investor,[1] network marketer, and thought leader recognized for his pioneering work in the fields of leadership and networking, digital currencies and the financial markets. He is the founder of True Vision Training and Consultancy Pvt.[2] Ltd.[3][4][1]

Early Life and Education

Vijay Naidu was born in Maharashtra, India, into a modest family. His father worked as a government bus driver, and his mother managed the household. The youngest of three brothers, Vijay learned the values of hard work and determination early in life. Despite limited financial resources, he excelled in sports, especially long-distance running and martial arts.[5][6]

Career

In 2016, Vijay identified a gap in financial education and accessible investment opportunities in India. Determined to bridge this gap, he entered the financial technology (fintech) sector, focusing on cryptocurrency, Web3, and the financial markets. He launched True Vision Training and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. in 2019, which provides financial literacy, microfinance, and mentorship to underserved communities.

In 2023, Vijay spearheaded a record-breaking initiative with an AI-driven platform, supporting over 20,000 entrepreneurs and achieving monthly revenues exceeding $5 million.[7][8]

Vijay Naidu’s initiatives have reached over 100,000 individuals, fostering entrepreneurship, job creation, and financial empowerment. His programs specifically target youth and women, addressing gender disparities in access to finance.[9][1][2]
