Carlos Roberto

Carlos Roberto Carvalho da Silva (b. March 21, 1951) is a Brazilian voice actor. He is most known for voicing Barney in The Simpsons, Fong in Reboot, Biff in Eek! the Cat and Skinner in The X-files.
