Castle Destro is the Scottish castle where Destro lives. It tends to start off in Scotland but is sometimes moved elsewhere.
Sure, it's not the most original name, but then again you don't have a castle.

Transformers vs. G.I. Joe
After the defeat of a Viking fleet, the young Destro built Caste Destro atop the crash site of Ark from which he based his technological empire from using the technological knowledge stored within the Ark's computers. A rumor arose that the castle was haunted by every soul that perished at the hands of Destro's weapons.
Following World War I, Destro moved the castle, brick by brick, to California and ghost proofed it. In the closing days of the 20th century, Cobra Commander visited Destro at the castle and presented him with a literal pyramid of cash to convince him to become a Cobra exclusive arms dealer. 2005 IDW continuity
Destro was in his castle when Doctor X contacted him to let him know Baron Ironblood would soon be dropping by via M.A.S.S. Device. Joe Colton materialized instead however prompting Destro to deploy the B.A.T.s before the general revealed he was Ironblood and planning a strike on Cybertron. Interest piqued by Colton's plan to piggyback the signal from the M.A.S.S. Device onto a Spacebridge, Destro allowed Colton to make his case. A Game of Chess
After Colton's alliance made their move on Cybertron, First Strike #1 G.I. Joe and M.A.S.K. travelled to Autobot City to try and request usage of the Space Bridge only for Soundwave to inform them that the nexus had gone offline. Soon however the group realized how Colton's alliance had reached Cybertron and set out to storm Castle Destro to retrieve the M.A.S.S. Device. First Strike #2
After fighting their way past the Iron Grenadiers, the group made it to the M.A.S.S. Device and used the M.A.S.S./Space Bridge hybrid to teleport straight to Iacon from the castle.
