Colditz once had a job with the future doorman of the Chateau at Little Bazeley by the Sea. They spent a summer as lovers, dreaming of one day ruling England. Out of the Way At some point he worked for Garrison Kreiger, alongside Kreiger's Cybertronian ally Centurion. Unification Day: Dusk

Colditz was later hired by Doctor X to set up a fake separatist uprising in Guernsey, which was apparently foiled by Action Man. Colditz soon met with Storm Shadow, who told him nobody bore him ill will about Guernsey and invited him to Doctor X's Chateau. After the ninja disappeared, Action Man, who was spying on the two's conversation, leap into battle with Colditz. The mercenary held his own, till Action Man forced him into a pool, causing a device he planted on him to electrocute Colditz and take him out of commission. England, Half English

Colditz was taken into Action Man Programme custody and Action Man was sent disguised as Colditz to infiltrate the Chateau. His failure to recognize the doorman, Colditz's former lover, set off the alarms and blew his cover. Out of the Way

After somehow being freed from custody, Colditz was brought along by Kreiger on the Iron Ring's assault on Cybertron. Rather than participating in the main assault, however, Colditz was given the mission of capturing Kreiger's former ally Centurion dead or alive. Climbing the tower he was being held in with a grappling hook, Colditz found that his target was being defended by Garrison Blackrock. The bounty hunter didn't have to lift a finger to take down the Titan Master, however, as Centurion revealed he hadn't gone over to the side of angels after all and blasted his guardian in the back. Colditz headed out into the Cybertronian wilderness with three Red Shadows and Centurion holding Blackrock captive. The Red Shadows soon began to question Kreiger's plan and if he had betrayed him. Colditz was confident that after all the work he put into him, Kreiger would want his 'mechanical pet' back. But Centurion soon revealed he only came with Colditz so he could kill Kreiger himself. During a fight with the Revolutionaries, Centurion erupted with Talisman energy and Colditz realized he has been used. Kreiger didn't want Centurion recovered, he wanted him eliminated so he would not be able to interfere with his plans. Blackrock managed to talk Centurion down and Colditz was captured. • The character of Colditz was inspired by the 1974 Action Man toyline Escape from Colditz set, itself based on the 1972 Colditz series from BBC.^[1]
