The Decepticon Heavy Brigade are a Decepticon combat unit from the Animated continuity family.

The Decepticon Heavy Brigade was created by Megatron to combat the Wreckers.

During the Great War, the Wreckers were a major problem for the Decepticons, operating behind their lines as a commando unit. Megatron created the Decepticon Heavy Brigade specifically to hunt them down. When they finally met in battle, Blackout was the only survivor on either side. He continues to wear the Brigade's symbol on his shoulders, partly to honor the fallen, and partly to announce that he's a Heavy Brigade all by himself. The AllSpark Almanac II

Venom, Bugly, and Grinder also wear the Brigade's symbol. Are they dead, or is this another continuity hiccup?
