Fluffy Ears is a young calf with especially fluffy ears, and is therefore extremely cute. She enjoys apples, licking people, and mooing.

While the kids and Terrans were picking apples, a nearby recently-born calf began munching some of the fallen fruit. Twitch was momentarily outraged until she saw how adorable the calf was and the group stopped picking to appreciate the newcomer. Bumblebee's arrival startled the calf, but when he attempted to get the others interested in training, Mo asserted that they had a full schedule of feeding Fluffy Ears and giving her scritches. Fluffy Ears later watched Twitch as she struggled to transform. The group was still hanging out with Fluffy Ears when Bumblebee again attempted to get them interested in training.

That night, Twitch startled Fluffy Ears by turning up in drone mode, and while trying to transform back, she broke the fence, causing the whole herd to escape. Fluffy Ears got separated from the rest of the stampede and got her hoof stuck in railway lines just as a train was due to arrive. Twitch was able to free the calf, but got stuck herself, and Fluffy Ears stayed with her until Bumblebee arrived and helped her regain the ability to transform. In an attempt to bond with his new sibling, Thrash introduced Nightshade to Fluffy Ears. Taken in by the calf like all the other Terrans so far, Nightshade set aside a specific living place for the underground base they built for their Terran siblings. Hashtag: Oops Fluffy Ears was present to celebrate when the human members of the Malto family recovered from their Quintus Prime induced comas. Over a year after Mandroid's defeat, a fully grown Fluffy Ears still lived on the Malto farm. She awoke Thrash after Spitfire stole the ember-shards. She followed Thrash around while he looked for Alex, seeming unaware of the dire situation. Witwicky, Part 2
