Matt ponders yet again... "Where DOES Optimus's trailer go?"

Matt Moylan is a former editor and staffer for Dreamwave's Generation 1 comics. Currently, Matt works as Director of Publishing for comic, manga, and art book publisher/creative services studio UDON Entertainment. He is also a contributor to Hasbro Transformers Collectors' Club magazine, providing Lil Formers strips.

Matt also designed the logo for Fun Publications.

He doesn't like the film and television franchises that launched in 2007.

In 2006, Moylan made several claims about Dreamwave's plans that have entered fan lore: that a guest writer would be doing uncredited work finishing off the 'Brad Mick' stories ("since he was stuck finishing off MC-Patyk's and didn't want to be associated with it"), Simon Furman would do a one-off about Jetfire not being dead and the Fallen coming back, and Chris Sarracini would take over,[1] as well as that Sunstreaker was gay in Dreamwave continuity.[2] A few days later he claimed continuity flubs under James McDonough and Adam Patyk were because they "didn't really care" about other's writing and they'd burned their bridges with Furman.[3] McDonough and Patyk then disputed every single claim, as well as accusing Moylan of having slandered them anonymously before and sent them threatening emails; in particular, Sunstreaker being gay was called "an especially juvenile way for you to try to rile up the fandom".[4] Moylan did not respond.
