Transformers One (Music from the Motion Picture) is the score album from the accompanying animated film, containing original music composed by Brian Tyler. Of note is that a section of the film's main theme is carried over from Tyler's work on Prime. The theme was also released as a single on September 13. The album itself runs about 85 minutes long and was released the same day as the film a week later.

Notes
- Tracks 1-5, 7, and 14 do not appear in the film, but instead are suites of themes used throughout the movie.
- The tracks used in the film are also slightly out of order, with "Trespaxxing" appearing at the very beginning and "Hidden Truth" appearing right after "The Ultimate Betrayal."
- As mentioned above, the soundtrack for this film repurposes a melody from the Transformers Prime score. Fittingly, it is used to represent the Thirteen Primes in this film, with its first appearance occurring at 3 minutes and 54 seconds into the title track. It later appears in "More Than Meets The Eye," "Resting Place of the Primes," and "The Fall".
- "The Fall" interpolates Dies irae ("Day of Wrath" in Latin), an oft-quoted four-note passage from the Catholic Requiem Mass, which is often used to represent death or tragedy in film scores.
- A snippet of the glorious "Arrival to Earth" is also heard 2 minutes and 12 seconds into the title track.
- The end tune of "You're a Soldier Now" plays twice during "Starscream" as Orion battles Death Trackers. It plays for the first time at 2:29 and for the second time at 2:41.
- The tune "We Have to Go" from Transformers: The Last Knight also plays at various points in the soundtrack. This first appears at 1 minute and 45 seconds into the title track.
- A more recent tune can also be heard, which is "Autobots Enter" from Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, at 5 minutes and 30 seconds into the title track.
- In the tune "The Fall" at 23 seconds and at 44 seconds you can hear the "Death of Optimus Prime" from The Transformers: The Movie.
