@Slimshady3434 maddenin sildiğim versiyonunda %46 oranında telif ihlali vardı. Madde konusu hakkında daha önce silinsin yönünde SAS kararı alındığı için buradaki kriterleri tekrar değerlendirmek de gerekir, ancak bu değerlendirmeyi yapmadan telif ihlali dolayısıyla silme işlem gerçekleştirdim. Tekrar oluşturmaya niyetliysen bu kriter konusunu da dikkate almalısın.

Telif noktasını şöyle açıklayayım, direkt yapılan kopyala yapıştır işlemi telif ihlali yaratır evet, ama bu konunun arkasındaki esas sebep aynı zamanda başkasının emeğini ve yazım biçimini kopyalıyor olman. Mesela birkaç kelime değiştirerek kaçamazsın bu ihlal kısmından.

Bilgiyi alıp ardından kaynak göstermelisin, ama bilgiyi alırken yazım şekli ve kurguyu almamaya çalışmalısın. Gereksiz kısımları ayıklamalı, birden fazla kaynaktan yararlanmalı ve bunların her birinden aldığın bilgileri cümlenin ardından kaynak göstererek doğrulanabilir kılmalısın.

Örneğin X Y isimli birinin hayatı hakkında kaynakta şöyle yazıyorsa;

"X, 1996 yılında girdiği Cağaloğlu Anadolu Lisesinden 2000 yılında mezun olmuş, aynı yıl Boğaziçi Üniversitesi İşletme Lisans programında eğitim hayatına devam etmiştir."

Burada alıp da belirtmeye ihtiyaç duyacağın bilgi: 1996-2000 yılları arasında Cağaloğlu Anadolu Lisesinde okudu. 2000 yılında Boğaziçi Üniversitesi İşletme'ye girdi.

Şöyle aktarabilirsin mesela:

1996 yılında Cağaloğlu Anadolu Lisesi'ne başladı. 2000'de Boğaziçi Üniversitesi'ni kazandı ve İşletme bölümü öğrencisi oldu.
