Metachemical

Metachemical, born as Michael Stannard, is a Canadian breaks and drum and bass producer who has been actively producing and releasing music for over two decades. He was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1977, and grew up in a family of music lovers who exposed him to a variety of genres from an early age. Metachemical first became interested in electronic music in his teenage years and began experimenting with music production software on his computer. He was heavily influenced by the sounds of early rave, hip hop, house and jungle music, and began to incorporate these elements into his own productions.
