Growlz, a California-based producer, combines his knowledge of audio engineering and sound design with his experiences in film production to bring a rich, unique, and cinematic-quality sound to his work. Jake Schu, a.k.a. Growlz, is meticulous in his work; he knows that every small detail in a song converges to create the signature experience he envisions. Growlz is passionate about using this detail-oriented sound design to immerse listeners in a world they wouldn't otherwise inhabit. The Growlz project came about in 2015, with his first solo release.
