As a child, Sammy Goossens aka Sierra Sam was always asking Santa for 7-inch records to play on his little red plastic player (the same as you can find at the Flea Markets around Berlin) so when he was 12 he got his first Yamaha CS01 synthesizer for Christmas and started to make noises. That's where it all began. After playing bass, electronic drums and even some keyboards in local bands, Sammy discovered he could make music on his own with a sampler and computer. Then the techno years came: he and his friends had access to a studio and started experimenting every night, leading to the first self-produced vinyl as 6th Sense Approach in 1995. Lots of releases followed, appearing on labels like Reload, Rotation, Tresor, Pure Plastic, Access 58, R&S, Muller,
