IN THE TEMPLE: Sundays at 11am, NO CLASS on November 17 due to silent retreat

Prayers for World Peace

Over the coming weeks, we will explore the book The New Eight Steps to Happiness. In this book Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso shares ancient wisdom to help us find greater happiness and meaning in our busy, modern lives. Venerable Geshe-la introduces us to the essential practices of Training the Mind. He not only challenges our entire understanding of the world but also challenges us to transform ourselves into the greatest being we can possibly become! This class includes two guided meditations, a Dharma talk and the inspiring traditional Kadampa prayers for world peace, composed by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Everyone welcome!
