     Colin Douglas Eyre married Sybil Margaret Mitchell, daughter of Captain Clayton Mitchell and Mary Charlotte Daniell, in 1909 at Winchester, Hampshire, England.1,2 He died in 1910, after taking a fall from his horse during a point-to-point race.2
     He fought in the Boer War between 1901 and 1902.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in July 1901 in the 1st Battalion, King's Royal Rifle Corps.2

     Sir William de Boreel, 1st Bt. was born on 24 March 1591.1 He was the son of Sir James Boreel and Maria Grimminck.1,2 He married Jacoba Carels on 22 September 1626.1 He died on 29 September 1668 at age 77 at Paris, FranceG.1
     He was appointed Knight circa 1619.1 He was Pensionary of Amsterdam in 1628.1 He held the office of Envoy from the States General to England.1 He held the office of Ambassador to Venice in 1636.1 He held the office of Ambassador to Sweden in 1640.1 He held the office of Ambassador to England in 1642.1 He was created 1st Baronet Boreel, of Amsterdam, in Holland [England] on 21 March 1644/45.1 On 28 June 1653 he is said to have received a Royal Warrant from King Charles II in exile, to create him a baron.1
