     Her married name became Gordon.1 From after 1608, her married name became Campbell.1

     He held the office of Gentleman of the King's Chamber.3

Archibald Ruthven, Master of Ruthven1

     Archibald Ruthven, Master of Ruthven was the son of Patrick Ruthven, 3rd Lord Ruthven and Janet Douglas.2 He died in February 1578 at Vesteras Castle, a prisoner.1
     He gained the rank of General in the Swedish service.1 He was styled as Master of Ruthven between 1566 and 1575.1 In 1574 he arrested after an alleged plot to assassinate King John III of Sweden.1
