Maria Octavia Mortimer was the daughter of Joseph Mortimer.2 She married Sir Joseph Napier, 2nd Bt., son of Rt. Hon. Sir Joseph Napier, 1st Bt. and Charity Grace, on 10 November 1864.1 She died on 10 April 1918.1

Lt.-Col. Sir William Lennox Napier, 3rd Bt. was born on 12 October 1867.1 He was the son of Sir Joseph Napier, 2nd Bt. and Maria Octavia Mortimer.2 He married Mabel Edith Geraldine Forster, daughter of Reverend Charles Thornton Forster, on 5 August 1890.1 He died on 13 August 1915 at age 47 at Gallipoli, TurkeyG, killed in action.1
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Napier, of Merrion Square, Dublin [U.K., 1867] on 13 November 1884.1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1894 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 4th Battalion, South Wales Borderers.1 He was a practising solicitor in 1902.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 7th Battalion, Royal Welch Fusiliers.1 He fought in the First World War.1

Major Charles Macnaughton Napier was born on 10 December 1896.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir William Lennox Napier, 3rd Bt. and Mabel Edith Geraldine Forster.2 He married Dorothy Constance Hall-Dempster, daughter of Colonel Reginald Hawkins Hall-Dempster, on 7 November 1923.1 He and Dorothy Constance Hall-Dempster were divorced in 1939.1 He died on 9 March 1967 at age 70.1
