     Rosamond Nina Lehmann was born on 3 February 1901 at Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, England.^2,3 She was the daughter of Rudolph Chambers Lehmann and Alice Marie Davis.^4,2 She married, firstly, Walter Leslie Runciman, 2nd Viscount of Runciman of Doxford, son of Walter Runciman, 1st Viscount Runciman of Doxford and Hilda Stevenson, on 20 December 1923.¹ She and Walter Leslie Runciman, 2nd Viscount of Runciman of Doxford were divorced in 1928.¹ She married, secondly, Wogan Philipps, 2nd Baron Milford, son of Laurence Richard Philipps, 1st Baron Milford and Ethel Georgina Speke, on 21 November 1928.⁴ She and Wogan Philipps, 2nd Baron Milford were divorced in 1944.⁴ She died on 12 March 1990 at age 89 at Clareville Grove, London, England.^1,3
     From 20 December 1923, her married name became Runciman. From 21 November 1928, her married name became Philipps. She was a novelist.³ She was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1982.³
