     William Howard, Viscount Andover was born on 23 December 1714.² He was the son of Henry Bowes Howard, 11th Earl of Suffolk and Catherine Graham.² He married Lady Mary Finch, daughter of Heneage Finch, 2nd Earl of Aylesford and Mary Fisher, on 6 November 1736.² He died on 18 July 1756 at age 41.²
     He was styled as Viscount Andover between 1745 and 1756.²

     Lady Mary Finch was born in 1717.¹ She was the daughter of Heneage Finch, 2nd Earl of Aylesford and Mary Fisher.² She married William Howard, Viscount Andover, son of Henry Bowes Howard, 11th Earl of Suffolk and Catherine Graham, on 6 November 1736.² She died on 16 March 1803.²
     From 6 November 1736, her married name became Howard.

     Mary Howard was born circa 1785.² She was the daughter of Richard Howard and Frances Howard.¹ She married Colonel Hon. Fulke Greville Howard, son of Clotworthy Upton, 1st Baron Templetown and Elizabeth Boughton, on 9 July 1807.¹ She died on 19 October 1877.¹
     She lived at Ashtead, Surrey, England.² She lived at Elford, Castle Rising, Norfolk, England.²
