He died in 1951 at Portobuffole^G.

He was the son of Carlo Lucchesi-Palli, Duca della Grazia and Sidonie Gräfin von Funfkirchen.¹ He married Lady Hermione Gwladys Herbert, daughter of George Charles Herbert, 4th Earl of Powis and Violet Ida Evelyn Lane-Fox, Baroness Darcy de Knayth, on 6 November 1924.¹ He died in 1979.¹
