Tool to keep heritage designation (P1435) updated for items having Victorian Heritage Database ID (P3443)

I wrote a tool to keep heritage designation (P1435) updated for items having Victorian Heritage Database ID (P3443). It uses the Wikidata Query Service to find items have Victorian Heritage Database ID (P3443) but not heritage designation (P1435), then it uses the Victorian Heritage Database API to find the corresponding status, and then generates a QuickStatement to set heritage designation (P1435) appropriately. Removed single value constraint

I removed {{Constraint:Single value}} – regularly this database lists the same item multiple times when it is protected under different heritage statuses. For example, a site may be protected both at the state government level (State Heritage Register) and at the local government level (Heritage Overlay); in that case, frequently this database will have two records for that site, since one record is authored/maintained by the state government and the other by the local government.
