Date
[edit]I have changed the date from a specific day, 10 March 241 BC, to just the year. The date 10 March 241 BC is mentioned in the English Wikipedia, and cites Bagnall, Nigel (1999), The Punic Wars: Rome, Carthage and the Struggle for the Mediterranean, London: Pimlico, ISBN 978-0-7126-6608-4. I do not possess this book. Books about the Roman Republic before 46 BC generally use the Roman calendar. Due to the limited amount of written material that has survived, it is impossible to accurately convert most dates in this calendar to either of the two calendars supported by Wikidata, the proleptic Gregorian calendar or the proleptic Julian calendar.
