Hello,
I was looking at various collections of data and trying to line them up with wikidata. This led me to wonder if an oblast should be considered a constituent state. I.e. should it be a subclass of https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1763527?
Also, I'm new here. I'm not sure if anyone will see this.
-Doug
- I would not say so. I suppose "oblasts" have much less independency than countries. --Infovarius (talk) 18:03, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
