Motivation

The Tatar encyclopedia "Millattashlar", opened in September 2009 on the MediaWiki engine, is a project about the life and work of Tatars in Russia and the world.   Answer: Yes, there are problems, because Wikidata administrators and creators of properties are not in a hurry to do this. This is due to the fact that there are quite different points of view on the proposed properties in Wikidata, and discussions on some of them have not been closed since the beginning of 2020. Most of the articles are either low-quality, or, as http://www.millattashlar.ru/index.php/Графика, look like copyright violations from Tatar Encyclopaedia (Q2574338) (I cannot check it). @MasterRus21thCentury, RShigapov, Arbnos: can you explain why this website is good?   Good points! Indeed, the maintainer cites Tatar Encyclopaedia (Q2574338) very often, it seems it's his main source of data. I see the requirements of attribution and providing the hyperlink at http://www.ite.antat.ru/articles/index.shtml: "При использовании материалов сайта обязательно указывать ссылку "Институт Татарской энциклопедии и регионоведения АН РТ", а при размещении в интернете - также гиперссылку на сайт: www.ite.antat.ru". It would make more sense to create a separate property for Tatar Encyclopaedia (Q2574338) of the datatype external-ID with the formatter URL http://www.ite.antat.ru/articles/1$ instead of this property proposal.
