Task/s:
- Start updating number of viewers/listeners (P5436) with the qualifier YouTube channel ID (P2397) for youtubers. It would look like this though I'm unsure if the reference is needed. Updates will occur following the same frequency as established in Wikidata:Requests_for_comment/Frequency_of_YouTube_follower_count_data though actually I will note that to now the update policy I've been following has been more conservative than this because only items linked to enwiki are being updated at the higher frequency.
Code: Will be near identical to the yt subscription code linked from User:BorkedBot
Function details:
- fetch channel information from the yt api
- check if an update is needed 1-2x per week
- add a new number of viewers/listeners (P5436) statement qualified with identifiers and time
- update the rank of the statements so that the newest value is preferred (if needed)
@ Mokadoshi: who suggested they could help with this.

- Some more info on the motivation behind the request: the enwiki infoboxes used for Youtubers has a spot for subscribers and for total views to the channel. See for instance en:T-Series_(company). The subscribers are able to be pulled from wikidata, but currently wikidata doesn't have the number of views. BorkedBot already has this number but simply doesn't do anything with it.
