From Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia.
Cortondo (Japanese: セルクルタウン Cercle Town) is a town in the Paldea region, located in South Province (Area Two). Olives are the town's biggest export, and as such, it is also home to the Olive Harvest Festival, in which one of the activities involves rolling giant olive-shaped balls into a goal; this is believed to bring in great harvests.
Because of the Gym's specialized type, the people of this town tend to walk around accompanied by Bug-type Pokémon.
An NPC named Glen is located in the center of town along the main road. By talking to him, the player is given the option to make an in-game trade. Glen asks for a Flabébé, and will trade a Snom nicknamed Snowsalot in exchange.

In the anime
Cortondo appeared in HZ047, where Liko, Roy, and Dot visited it as their first stop during the Terastal Training course. After reuniting with Murdock, who was working a part-time job for Katy to get money, the trio also encountered Coral. To decide which of them would get to battle her, Katy arranged a baking contest between the two, which Liko easily won due to Coral's abysmal baking skills. During her battle against Katy, Liko was constantly on the ropes, and even her momentary comeback and chance to Terastallize her Floragato were countered by Katy's own use of Terastallization, causing Liko to lose the battle. Despite this, though, she still received a positive review from Katy regarding the timing of her Terastallization and passed the test. Afterwards, the group headed for Artazon for Roy's first Terastal battle.

Pokémon Adventures
Cortondo appeared in PASV06. After arriving there, Nemona learned that Scarlet had chosen to challenge the local Gym, much to her delight. After clearing the Olive Roll, Scarlet battled against Katy and won, though she declined the Gym Badge, so Katy offered her some of her pastries instead, as many people come to challenge her solely to bypass the long queues in front of her pâtisserie. While admitting that she was hungry, Scarlet told Katy and Nemona that the thing she really was after was information regarding the treasures of ruin. However, Katy didn't know anything about them, so Scarlet left as soon as she was done satisfying her hunger, heading for Artazon to meet Brassius per Katy's suggestion.

Trivia
- Two Vivillon with the Tundra and Continental patterns can be seen flying over the pool immediately east of Patisserie Soapberry. This is despite the fact that all Spewpa in Paldea will evolve into Vivillon's Fancy Pattern, unless the pattern is changed by sending a Postcard from Pokémon GO (only possible for Version 1.2.0. of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet onwards).
- The tile patterns in the pools are identical to the water tiles from the Generation I map.
