This is awkward: "...the open drinking between..."
Does anyone know the correct pronunciation of "Sága" and "Sökkvabekkr"? If so, it would be helpful to include the English IPA renderings (see it used, for example, in Nephi).

Are all three images necessary in this article? WP:IMAGES says that "articles that use more than one image should present a variety of material near relevant text. Three uniformed portraits would be redundant for a biography of a famous general."
Per WP:CAP, the captions for the images should probably expanded a little bit. Captions should establish the picture's relevance to the article and provide context for the picture.
