Paul Adrien Maurice Dirac OM FRS[3] (/dɪˈræk/ di-RAK; 8 August 1902 – 20 October 1984) wis an Inglis theoretical pheesicist who made fundamental contreibutions tae the early development o baith quantum mechanics an quantum electrodynamics. He wis the Lucasian Professor o Mathematics at the Varsity o Cambridge, a member o the Center for Theoretical Studies, Varsity of Miami, an spent the last decade o his life at Florida State Varsity. His brither-in-law wis Eugene Wigner, whose sister wis Dirac's wife.[4]
