"I'll take a Double Triple Bossy Deluxe on a raft, four by four, animal-style, extra shingles with a shimmy and a squeeze, light axle grease, make it cry, burn it, and let it swim."

The place: a shopping mall food court. The hero: an ordinary cheeseburger on a sesame seed bun. The action: an energon-infused mist that turns everyday objects into tiny robots. Burgertron is convinced he's a hero formed in the likeness of action movie stars, a take-charge, fearless, handsome, incredibly clever, brave... (checks notes provided by Burgertron)... beloved cool bot who has all the answers.

It's possible that he might have an overly-inflated opinion of himself. But he's also deep down a bot who loves his friends and, when the chips are down, will fight for them. Sure, he probably won't do the right thing, and he definitely won't do the smart thing, but he'll be there all the same.

My friends must be going nuts without the Captain of Fun! That's what I—they... call me!Burgertron, "Mall Than Meets the Eye"

Lost Bots!

Burgertron didn't accompany Dimlit's group of Lost Bots as they explored the mall looking for places they fit in better. When they returned, Burgertron was playing with Kikmee and got kicked with enough force to cause his toppings to spill out. Seeing him and other Lost Bots playing and laughing made Dimlit's group realize that the Lost Bots was the only tribe where they all truly fit in. Lost Bots!

Burgertron was the leader of the Hunger Hubs, alongside his best friend Spud Muffin and his girlfriend Ulf the Orange. During his tenure he wrote the completely original play "I, Cheeseburger", a story of the charismatic TronBurger (original character do not steal) becoming a beloved leader. Naturally, Burgertron was also the only one capable of playing such a part accurately, and the play was a smash hit. I Cheeseburger At some point during this time, Burgertron met Frostferatu of the Sugar Shocks. He didn't come away with a great opinion of the would-be vampire. Escape from Snackatraz

Unknown to Burgertron, Spud Muffin deeply resented his BFF, and one night while the Hunger Hubs were vent-sliding Spud sent him sliding off a different way from the others. Burgertron would wind up in the mall's remote Lost and Found office. The Goldrush Games - Part the Second Waking up and deciding to pay no mind to the circumstances that brought him there, Burgertron immediately set off, only to find himself running into the mythical Lost Bots. After explaining to them the entire nature of their fellow BotBots and life in the mall, he made to leave, but inspired by his words they asked to join him, hoping to find their own respective squads. As they made their way back through the mall, there was a close run-in with the "flesh being", aka Dave the night security guard. Burgertron filled the Lost Bots in on the Sacred Rule of the Mall, the one and only rule the BotBots had: never be seen by a flesh creature. Fortunately for them, Burgertron had a totally brilliant plan to sneak past the flesh being; driving the mall's ride-along train back to the food court, up the mall's escalator. Somehow this genius plan did not work, the noise of the train scraping its way up to the second floor drawing Dave's attention. Attempting to hide made things worse, as Dave found Burgertron in his disguise and prepared to eat him. Burgertron was only saved from untimely devouring by Dimlit knocking him from Dave's grasp, breaking the Sacred Rule in the process. Burgertron's hopes nobody had noticed were instantly dashed when it turned out Spud Muffin and Ulf had seen what had happened... as had everyone else in the mall. In response, Spud Muffin kicked Burgertron out of the Hunger Hubs, and he and the Lost Bots instantly became total social pariahs. However, the other Lost Bots were optimistic they could patch things up the following night. Mall Than Meets the Eye

By the next day, Burgertron had already devised the perfect plan for restoring his status; BotVids, the hit new craze sweeping the mall! While he felt the Lost Bots were generally weird (or in Clogstopper's case gross), a successful BotVid would raise their general coolness enough to make them popular. For some reason, the other Lost Bots were not entirely taken with this scheme, and half-heartedly went along with it, but that was good enough for Burgertron. Burgertron approached Fomo to gain his help, though the Gamer Geek was very unwilling to help them, making it clear he was only doing so to maintain his influencer lifestyle. The Lost Bots' efforts were disappointing, to say the least. Kikmee's video in particular managed to make the outcasts even more hated than they were before. Burgertron's desire to sit and think in the south wing were scuppered when Clogstopper told him that was where Dave was setting up a bunch of traps. Investigating, Burgertron saw opportunity. If the Lost Bots sabotaged the traps on camera, they'd be heroes to the other BotBots. However, as the group examined the traps more closely, they found Dave's efforts were deeply terrible. At a sarcastic remark from Kikmee, Burgertron was inspired to rebuild the traps so they worked, thereby putting them in danger of being actually caught.

Doing just that, the group managed to sabotage the traps. As he was celebrating their obvious imminent success, Burgertron managed to catch himself beneath one of those traps just as Dave returned. Burgertron was saved from discovery by Bonz-Eye's quick thinking. However, Burgertron's hopes were dashed when it turned out Fomo had never filmed their trap-disarming, having instead turned his camera to Sprinkleberry D'uhnut slipping on a patch of oil. Dejected, Burgertron lamented how people would laugh at anything, before he slipped on the same patch of oil himself. Seeing the funny side, he joined in the other Lost Bots in laughing. (Never) Be Yourself

Hearing about the grand social event Ice Cream-a-Palooza, Burgertron rushed the other Lost Bots to it, despite having no tickets for admittance, figuring he'd be able to effortlessly charm their way in. As he stopped to explain this little snaggle to the others, they heard a captive Frostferatu's plaintive cries for help, the Sugar Shock having wound up trapped in a vending machine thanks to a restock. Burgertron was all too willing to leave the cupcake to his fate, or at least pass word along to the other Sugar Shocks, since it wasn't like there was a ticking clock on rescuing the weirdo or anything. Then Clogstopper informed him there was, since Dave was determined to have a celebratory birthday cupcake from the very vending machine Frostferatu was stuck in. With only twenty minutes to spare, the Lost Bots split up, with Burgertron and Bonz-Eye remaining to try and rescue Frosty. Burgertron immediately hit upon a plan; slam himself against the glass window of the vending machine. This did not work, nor did Burgertron's successive fourteen tries, which only left his various innards (brains included) splattered across the snack-prison-machine's window. Bonz-Eye suggested a different tack, and Frostferatu observed he'd seen humans using mysterious shiny discs to retrieve items from the machine. A quick trip to the mall's fountain later, and the two had a small pile of coins, which they hurled at the machine's slot. Ignoring Frostferatu's suggestion to climb up and press the machine's number pad to release him, mainly because he figured it would take too long, Burgertron threw another coin... which completely failed to hit the right pads. Hearing the distant screams of the mall guard, Bonz-Eye dragged Burgertron into the machine, and the two scaled the shelves using a string of liquorice. However, as they got to the top, a very battered Dave approached, determined to consume his birthday cupcake. Finally Burgertron realized how serious the situation was, and how selfish he'd been. Mercifully, Dave's voracious desires were thwarted by Frostferatu's disguised form getting stuck against the window. His ensuing tantrum set off the machine's security alarm, allowing Burgertron to (sort of) rescue Frostferatu at last, though the two disagreed on who was really responsible. Reuniting with the other Lost Bots, Burgertron apologized for considering having fun more important than saving a life. Then it turned out Frostferatu had tickets to Ice Cream-a-Palooza anyway. Of course, this was all for naught, as their escapades meant they'd missed all of Ice Cream-a-Palooza and it would never, ever happen again. Burgertron was left screaming to the sky about the unfairness of it all. Escape from Snackatraz

One night, while the Hunger Hubs were mysteriously absent from the Food Court, Burgertron led the Lost Bots in playing around. As he stopped to hammily lament his fallen status, he noticed a flyer for a revival of "I, Cheeseburger". Filling the Lost Bots in on the play's history, Burgertron became assured he would be called back to reprise his role as TronBurger and that this would recement his popularity among the BotBots. However, he soon became bored of waiting and took Dimlit to investigate, finding Spud Muffin directing a rehearsal for "I, Cheeseburger" without him, having recast Brock-o-Lonely as TronBurger. Outraged, Burgertron returned to the Lost and Found to rant, only for a comment from Clogstopper to give him an idea; make their own version of "I, Cheeseburger" at the exact same time, and steal the audience away from Spud Muffin's hack attempt! That they only had three hours left to do so was no obstacle to Burgertron, even though none of the other Lost Bots had any prior experience with the stage. Opening night for "The Real I, Cheeseburger" proved abysmal. Only Sprinkleberry D'hnut turned up, everyone else having gone to see Spud's production anyway, the cast's performances were lacking, and the stage manager wound up setting himself on fire. Dejected, Burgertron shut down "The Real I, Cheeseburger", but refused to give up. He stormed the stage of Spud's production to upstage Brock-o-Lonely, and the two began to fight, eventually bringing the entire stage down on their heads. Not quite understanding what was going on, the audience applauded Brock as the true TronBurger, and a dejected Burgertron slunk away in defeat. As he did, he encounter Spud Muffin, who briefly scolded his former friend for his uncool behavior.

Returning to his bunk in the Lost and Found to brood, Burgertron was approached by the other Lost Bots, who despite everything had found the acting experience fun and wanted to give it one more go. Burgertron turned them down, feeling guilty over his actions and not wanting to go through the pain again, but their enthusiasm soon got him to join in anyway. I, Cheeseburger
