     Robert Vere O'Brien was born on 20 October 1842.¹ He was the son of Hon. Robert O'Brien and Elinor Jane Alicia Lucy de Vere.² He married Florence Mary Arnold-Forster, daughter of William Delafield Arnold and Frances Ann Hodgson, on 10 July 1883.¹ He died on 30 May 1913 at age 70.¹
     He was a practising barrister.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Clare.¹ He lived at Ballyalla, Ennis, County Limerick, Ireland.¹ He lived at Monare, Foynes, County Limerick, Ireland.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Limerick.¹

     William Delafield Arnold was born on 7 April 1828 at Rugby, Warwickshire, England.² He was the son of Dr. Thomas Arnold and Mary Penrose.³ He was baptised on 26 September 1831 at St. Leonard's, Bilston, Staffordshire, England.⁴ He married Frances Ann Hodgson, daughter of Maj.-Gen. John Anthony Hodgson and Matilda Emily Ann Harriott Norris, on 3 April 1850 at Lahore, Pakistan.² He died in 1859.³
     He was Director of Public Instruction, Punjab.¹

     Florence Mary Arnold-Forster was born in 1853 at Dawlish, Devon, England.² She was the daughter of William Delafield Arnold and Frances Ann Hodgson.^3,4 She married Robert Vere O'Brien, son of Hon. Robert O'Brien and Elinor Jane Alicia Lucy de Vere, on 10 July 1883.¹ She died on 8 July 1936.¹
     She was adopted by an unknown person in 1859.¹ In 1878 her name was legally changed to Florence Mary Arnold-Forster by Deed Poll.⁴ From 10 July 1883, her married name became O'Brien.

     Aubrey William Vere O'Brien was born on 29 November 1885.¹ He was the son of Robert Vere O'Brien and Florence Mary Arnold-Forster.² He died on 7 October 1925 at age 39.¹
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹

     Hugh Murrough Vere O'Brien was born on 15 July 1887.¹ He was the son of Robert Vere O'Brien and Florence Mary Arnold-Forster.² He married Margaret Ernestine O'Brien, daughter of Edward William O'Brien and Julia Mary Marshall, on 20 July 1915.² He died on 31 May 1955 at age 67.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Munster Fusiliers.¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He lived at Monare, Foynes, County Limerick, Ireland.¹

     Murrough Vere O'Brien was born on 15 December 1919.¹ He was the son of Hugh Murrough Vere O'Brien and Margaret Ernestine O'Brien.² He married Zsuzánna Éva Szeréna Károlyi, daughter of Károly Károlyi, on 4 June 1945.¹ He died on 13 September 2009 at age 89.³

     Zsuzánna Éva Szeréna Károlyi was born circa 1919.² She was the daughter of Károly Károlyi.³ She married Murrough Vere O'Brien, son of Hugh Murrough Vere O'Brien and Margaret Ernestine O'Brien, on 4 June 1945.¹ She died on 4 April 2012 at Newtownpark House Nursing Home, Blackrock, County Cork, Ireland.²
     From 4 June 1945, her married name became O'Brien.

     Colm Murrogh Vere O'Brien was born on 4 April 1947.¹ He was the son of Murrough Vere O'Brien and Zsuzánna Éva Szeréna Károlyi.² He died in 1985, Miami, Florida.¹
     He was educated at Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He was he represented Ireland at fencing at the Mexico Olympic Games in 1968.¹
